Foamed gas concrete is a building material with a number of features: high heat-proof, light-weight, long-life, environmentally friendly, inflammable, similar to wood. It is easy to treat by sawing, drilling and the like.

Heat-insulating property of walls made of it is three times better than the ceramic silicate brick walls and eight times better than the heavy concrete walls.

One square metre of an outside wall made of cellular concrete block is twice cheaper than the same made of ceramic bricks upon equal thermal-conductivity.

Using 400-700 kg/m³ density cellular concrete blocks instead of ceramic bricks in low-storey house-building makes it possible to put down heating expenses by 35 percent.
